how do you get the sky to show up like that? I try to do long exposure photography, but my skies are always so dull. Also, do you have any problems with white balance?

Thank you James! I used Nik Effex and ran a little tonal contrast here, had to use viveza and pinpoint just under the Bridge where the lights are bright, toned them down a little ;)

ooops, that was for Pier View :giggle: This one I used the tonal contrast and some noise reduction software :)

Ooh you found my elixir =P
I use Nik's tonal contrasting all the time, I much prefer it to HDR software =)
I've not seen anyone else using it so its interesting to see =)
